Welcome, beautiful soul! I’m Lenka — a yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, and wellness guide. Originally from Slovakia, my journey led me from dance to yoga, culminating in 800 hours of advanced training in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga in Rishikesh, India. Inspired by nature and the healing power of plant medicines, I’m passionate about helping others discover growth, transformation, and the beauty of life. Join me on this path of self-love and holistic wellness!

Kim Haskins

Kim is our Queen of Creative Flow. She brings joy, playfulness, and innovation to the mat. Her Vinyasa classes are full of imaginative sequences, clever use of props, and just the right dose of humour to keep you smiling while you sweat.
