2.3. While we aim to provide impactful experiences, no specific results, certifications, medical outcomes, or career opportunities are guaranteed.
3.1. To access our Services, you must register an account on our Website and accept these Terms.
3.2. Your order becomes a binding agreement once we confirm your payment and send a confirmation email.
3.3. If you begin with a free trial, you must provide valid credit/debit card details. You will be charged automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel before that date.
4.1. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
4.2. No refunds are offered for partial months, unused time, or where content has already been accessed or downloaded.
4.3. If you subscribed via the mobile app (Apple/Google), you must cancel through the respective app store.
4.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to make payment.
5.1. The current Fees are listed clearly on our Website and may be updated periodically.
5.2. Unless stated otherwise, all Fees include applicable VAT or local taxes.
5.3. Your subscription is auto-renewing. The billing date is set by your initial payment or trial end date.
5.4. You are responsible for all bank fees, currency exchange charges, or provider surcharges incurred.
5.5. You are responsible for ensuring valid and up-to-date payment information is on file.
6.1. Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
6.2. Physical activity carries inherent risks. By participating, you confirm you are physically fit and mentally well to engage in such activities.
6.3. You acknowledge full responsibility for your own safety. You agree to practise at your own pace and skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel right.
6.4. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from participation in our programs, whether live or pre-recorded.
6.5. You expressly waive and release Yoga with Lenka Ltd and its team from any claims or liabilities arising from participation.
7.1. All content, branding, course materials, and intellectual property belong to Yoga with Lenka Ltd.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, share, publish, upload, sell or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
7.3. Unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of your access and may result in legal action.
8.1. Any confidential information exchanged during your membership will be respected and kept private.
8.2. This includes user discussions, business content, and community interactions.
8.3. You may not disclose any Confidential Information shared within the community or platform to external parties.
